Author: Mattison appointed to Info Network Gov. Mike Beebe appointed Amy Mattison of Jacksonville to the Information Network of Arkansas board. Her appointment expires Dec. 31, 2013. She replaces Aaron Stewart. Mattison is the chief executive officer of the Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce.
